Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Titans Fastpitch

I, the undersigned parent or guardian, acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable unless refunds are approved by the Titans Fastpitch Board of Directors. I also acknowledge and agree that all funding generated by the Titans Fastpitch organization or generated for the use of individual Titans Fastpitch teams is the sole property of the organization and will not be released if my athlete vacates a team, does not return to the program, ages out of the program, if the team is disbanded, or for any other reason your athlete cannot participate. Although refunds can be requested, the approval or denial of refunds is at the sole discretion of the Titans Fastpitch Board of Directors. The decision will be considered final. I, the undersigned parent or guardian, acknowledge and agree that all required registration and organization fundraising payments will be made on-time according to the fee schedule. I acknowledge and agree that a late fee will apply after 14 days of non payment for each invoice installment. I acknowledge and agree that failure to make the payments in their totality may result in civil litigation to recover the agreed upon fees. I acknowledge and agree that I will be responsible for the costs associated with litigation; including but not limited to lawyer fees, court fees, filing fees, and any other associated costs of recovery if I default on this agreement. I, the undersigned parent or guardian, understand that failure to make the necessary payments when due may delay my child(ren) from participating in the activities of Titans Fastpitch or from receiving my child’s issued uniform/equipment. I understand the Titans Fastpitch Board of Directors can modify the fee schedules at their discretion to issue payment credits for required items/events or charge additional fees for agreed upon items/events (i.e. team added tournaments during the season, replacement of lost or damaged uniforms/equipment).

I, the undersigned parent or guardian, acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable unless refunds are approved by the Titans Fastpitch Board of Directors. The approval or denial of refunds is at the sole discretion of the Titans Fastpitch Board of Directors. The decision will be considered final. I, the undersigned parent or guardian, acknowledge and agree that all required payments will be made on-time according to the fee schedule, including for the organizational fundraiser. I acknowledge and agree that a late fee will apply after 30 days of non payment for each installment or full payment. I acknowledge and agree that failure to make the payments in their totality may result in civil litigation to recover the agreed upon fees. I acknowledge and agree that I will be responsible for the costs associated with litigation; including but not limited to lawyer fees, court fees, filing fees, and any other associated costs of recovery if I default on this agreement.
