Refund Policy

I, the undersigned parent or guardian, understand that all payments are non-refundable unless refunds are approved by the Titans Fastpitch Board of Directors. I agree that all required payments will be made on-time according to the fee schedule; includes if you chose to participate in the fundraiser.

I, the undersigned parent or guardian, understand that failure to make the necessary payments when due may delay my child(ren) from participating in the activities of Titans Fastpitch or from receiving my child’s issued uniform/equipment. 

I understand the Titans Fastpitch Board of Directors can modify the fee schedule at their discretion to issue payment credits for required items/events or charge additional fees for agreed upon items/events (i.e. team added tournaments during the season, replacement of lost or damaged uniforms/equipment). The approval or denial of refunds is at the sole discretion of the Titans Fastpitch Board of Directors. The decision will be considered final.
